Everything is Cyclical

What is going on in the world today just proves that everything is cyclical.  Russia is no longer the partner they led the world to believe they could be.Instead they have been gathering all the other thugs and building a UNION.   How can we, as responsible Americans, even think that Barak Obama is capable or even wants to deal with this.  This is not some southside Chicago community (that for some reason needs organizing), this is our security and safety against brutal factions whose only common goal is to destroy the U.S. This is a situation where, as soon as they get what they want in destroying us, they will then start to destroy each other.  These are people whose only reason for humanitarian aid is to gain control over those that receive the aid.
Now the Obama campaigne is changing thier mind on everything from the troop pullout to Bush's tax cuts. He is incapable of standing on his own convictions. How is this going to work when it comes to threats against our country?  Will he vote "present" or will he stand up and fight.

Well this American is going to stand up and fight.  I have spent more time in foriegn countries than Obama.  I have seen what government control does for a society. It makes them dependent, which in turn creates weakness and lack of ambition.  Our federal government needs to focus on National Security and foriegn affairs. I can guarantee you that Obama has no idea on how to handle this aspect of the Presidency.  Leave the economy alone.  It will self adjust.  It will rebound as it always has.  As I said everything is cyclical

The "HURTING" Middle class

I am fed up the the Democrat side of politics claiming that middle class America is "hurting". I am middle class America, my friends are middle class America and none of us are "hurting". Are we paying more for gas, YES. Does this in turn cause us to pay for for groceries, other goods and services, YES. Does this make us destitude, NO. I am a hard working middle class American, who has been through much harder econonic times than this.  I have alway been able to find a job and have always worked.  Through high unemployment times and low ones.

I think what is being muddled and depicted as "hurting" is the difference between wants and needs.  From what I observe and those that I talk to, the biggest deprevation that the middle class is suffering, is that of luxuries. People are having to  divert thier disposable income from luxuries because of the high cost of fuel.  Which in turn does trickle down. However, we have a solution to that, we just have to implement that solution.

So in the meantime does this mean I wont go to the movies as often for maybe cut back on eating out, probably. However, my family is much better off economically than we were in the 90's.

I hope that regardless of party, that middle class America takes a look around and asks the question: What middle class are they talking about?.
